CEVA Logistics is seeking a Customer Service Representative I for our Monterrey Apodaca site. You will be the frontline contact for customer inquiries related to logistics and freight services, ensuring timely responses and accurate order processing.

Responsibilities include tracking shipments, coordinating with warehouses and carriers, and maintaining customer communication logs to ensure compliance and high service levels.

Formación

• Proven experience in customer service, ideally within logistics or freight management.
• Bilingual English and Spanish communication, both written and verbal.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.

Responsabilidades

• Provide frontline customer support with professionalism and empathy.
• Track and monitor shipments to ensure on-time delivery and keep customers updated.
• Process customer orders accurately and coordinate with warehouse and transportation teams.
