• Exceed customer on time pickup and delivery expectations, have a proactive analysis to prevent failures, etc.
• Being consistent, professional, effective, courteous in the communication with the customers and carriers, with respect in difficult situations, etc.
• Being proactive in the carrier relationship development, AP discrepancy resolution, cover loads, handling and management difficult situations, etc.
• Detention management, research/solve invoice discrepancies, benchmark rate achievements, etc.
• Ensure and create the RC for the carriers.
• Upload in the system route costs
• Appoint and schedule with shipper and receivers, update the system as needed.
• Monitor the account and be close with the operation manager to have changes for the best of the account.
• Track and trace
• Notify Shipper proactively before they ask.
• Have a knowledge of the geographic from Mexico, USA and Canada.
• Knowledge of Microsoft tools.
