A diversified organization in Veracruz is seeking a Shipping Customer Assistant to coordinate domestic and international shipments. The role involves acting as the primary customer contact for inquiries, providing order status updates, and preparing shipping documents. The ideal candidate should have a bachelor's degree (or be an undergraduate) and be willing to undergo training. Benefits include a performance bonus, leave credits, and opportunities for promotion. Responsabilidades

• Act as the primary customer contact for shipping-related inquiries.
• Provide order status updates, delivery confirmations, and shipment tracking information.
• Arrange and coordinate domestic and international shipments with carriers and freight forwarders.
• Prepare and verify shipping documents such as invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, and customs paperwork.
• Monitor shipment schedules and track deliveries to ensure on-time arrival.
• Resolve shipping issues, delays, damages, or discrepancies with carriers.
