Position: Warehouse & Customer Service Specialist

Location: Laguna Technopark Biñan, Laguna

Salary: Php18,000 – Php25,000

Schedule: Monday – Friday (8:00am – 5:00pm)

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries and orders via email and phone regarding shipment status, inventory, and delivery schedules.
• Receive and process delivery instructions from clients and coordinate with the warehouse team to arrange timely shipments.
• Prepare and maintain accurate shipping documents and system records.
• Resolve shipment delays, discrepancies, and other operational issues efficiently.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree Holder
• At least 1 year of work experience in customer service in warehouse operations.
• Experience working in customer-focused distribution.
• Willing to work fully on site.
• Willing to start as soon as possible
