A Japanese shipping and logistics company is seeking a Shipping & Customer Service Supervisor in Veracruz. The role involves supervising warehouse operations, creating reports, and ensuring proper handling of electronic components. Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree Holder
• At least 2 years of work experience in warehouse operations and logistics
• Experience working in customer-focused distribution
• Knowledgeable in ERP systems is an advantage
• Willing to work as soon as possible

Job Responsibilities

• Supervise daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping of electronic components.
• Create daily and weekly warehouse reports using MS Excel and submit them to management.
• Ensure proper handling of fragile and sensitive electronic components to prevent damage.
• Perform cycle counts, investigate discrepancies, and take corrective action as needed.
• Maintain accurate inventory records using barcode scanners and portable terminals.
