Puig Deutschland GmbH is seeking a dynamic advocate marketing professional to lead local programs on TikTok and Instagram. You will adapt global strategies to the Mexican market, crafting authentic activations that resonate with local culture and consumer preferences.

You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure consistent brand messaging, monitor program performance using key metrics, and share insights with global teams to optimize broader strategies.

Formación

• 3–4 years of advocacy/influencer marketing or related consumer engagement roles in luxury/ premium brands.
• Strong experience working with top advocates and influencers to drive engagement.

Responsabilidades

• Execute and manage localized advocacy programs and activations on TikTok and Instagram.
• Develop creative briefs and adapt global assets to fit local culture and tone.
• Collaborate with PR, Social Media, Events, E‑Commerce, and Marketing to align local efforts.
