Poco Bero is seeking a hands-on social media lead in Mérida, Mexico. You will own the brand’s social presence—from strategy to captions—driving influencer relations, TikTok creator growth, and event appearances with direct budget control.

Formación

• You live on social media and understand how it works.
• Strong grasp of Meta marketing across Instagram and Facebook.
• Experience with influencer seeding, outreach, and deal negotiation.
• Able to manage a budget and make independent spending decisions.
• Creative eye and a voice that enhances the brand.

Responsabilidades

• Own all social channels: content calendar, creative direction, posting, and community engagement.
• Lead influencer seeding and outreach: identify, pitch, and build lasting relationships.
• Grow the TikTok creator community and leverage it as a megaphone.
• Negotiate one-off deals with larger influencers with autonomy to close.
• Handle inbound partnership inquiries and coordinate brand activations.
• Be on the ground for photo shoots, pop-ups, and events.
• Manage a real budget and report performance with insights.
• Own email marketing calendar and Klaviyo, plus produce video content.
