Job summary

Puig SL in Mexico City is seeking a dynamic Advocate Marketing lead to execute local advocacy programs for TikTok and Instagram, translating global strategies into culturally resonant campaigns.

You will partner with PR, Social Media, Events, E-Commerce, and Marketing teams to build enduring relationships with top advocates, drive authentic storytelling, and measure program impact using EMV, engagement, and ROI.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years in advocacy or influencer marketing in luxury brands.
• Strong ability to craft and adapt creative briefs for local markets.
• Deep knowledge of TikTok and Instagram and how to engage communities.
• Proven track record of driving engagement and organic amplification.

Responsibilities

• Adapt and execute global advocacy strategies for local markets.
• Develop localized advocacy activations to boost brand visibility.
• Collaborate with PR, SMM, Events, E-Commerce, and Marketing teams to align messaging.
• Share insights with global teams to optimize broader strategies.
• Lead advocacy programs and engagement activities with meaningful relationships.
• Monitor performance and report on EMV, engagement, and ROI.
