TikTok is seeking an Industry Operations Client Solutions Manager for LATAM to help brands connect TikTok Shop and full-funnel strategies with measurement and insights. You will manage post-sale relationships, craft test-and-learn plans, and present strategic reviews to agency teams.

The role requires strong business acumen, consultative sales, and fluency in Spanish and English, with willingness to travel across LATAM.

Formación

• Experience in account management or client services within digital marketing/eCommerce.
• Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights for campaigns.
• Proficient in Spanish and English due to multi-market communications.

Responsabilidades

• Consult with clients and internal stakeholders to translate objectives into solutions.
• Build Test & Learn plans using measurement tools across full-funnel strategies.
• Manage post-sale relationships, guide campaign setup, monitoring and optimization.
• Present narratives and business reviews to educate clients and agencies.
• Drive TikTok Shop revenue growth through assortment and creator strategies.
