Job summary

Ethnik Living in Mexico is seeking a Senior Graphic Designer to own our organic social presence and support paid creative. You’ll blend visual craft with content strategy across TikTok and Instagram, developing scroll-stopping content and an always-on engine.

You’ll work at the intersection of creative strategy, design, community, influencer management, and email marketing, translating brand direction into cohesive visuals for social, emails, and campaigns. Portfolio required.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in social media content creation with a strong portfolio.
• Strong video editing and graphic design skills using Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar.
• Experience designing for multiple formats: social, email, web, print, or packaging.
• Excellent copywriting instincts for short-form hooks and captions.
• Ability to analyze competitor ads and translate into creative direction.
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple content streams and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Plan, create, edit, publish, and continuously improve highly engaging organic short-form content.
• Build a consistent Stories strategy and manage day-to-day Stories posting.
• Write strong hooks, captions, and on-screen copy designed to earn attention quickly.
• Develop repeatable content formats and series.
• Engage with the social community through comments, DMs, replies.
• Support day-to-day email marketing execution, including campaign concepts, copy, creative development, and visual layout.
• Design email creative that aligns with social, paid media, website, and brand campaigns.
• Adapt campaign ideas across email and social for coordinated launches.
• Partner with marketing on calendars and asset delivery.
• Create visual assets beyond social when needed, including packaging mockups and print assets.
• Translate brand direction into polished design across formats.
• Maintain a cohesive visual standard across customer touchpoints.
