Job summary

Confie is seeking a proactive LMS Administrator to support and optimize our learning technology ecosystem in Mexico. The role combines LMS administration, technical troubleshooting, and client support to ensure a seamless learning experience for employees and stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will be the primary contact for LMS-related support, manage service tickets, maintain user records, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to continually enhance learning operations in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, business administration, education, human resources, or related field.
• 2+ years of LMS administration experience.
• Experience supporting enterprise applications and managing support tickets.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with end users and customer support.
• Strong analytical skills for reports and metrics.
• Excellent English verbal and written communication.
• Ability to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with learning technologies or learning operations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain the LMS, ensuring stability and optimal user experience.
• Manage learner accounts, course assignments, certifications, transcripts, and catalogs.
• Receive, prioritize, and resolve LMS-related support requests and technical issues via ticketing system.
• Investigate and troubleshoot system issues, escalate complex cases as needed.
• Monitor LMS integrations and collaborate with IT and vendors to ensure functionality.
• Provide timely and professional support to learners, managers, instructors, and partners.
• Generate and analyze learning reports, dashboards, and completion metrics.
• Conduct system testing and validation for new LMS features and updates.
• Develop and maintain process documentation, user guides, and knowledge base articles.
• Recommend process improvements and technology enhancements to improve efficiency and learner satisfaction.
