Job summary

Farmers Insurance is seeking a governance engineer in Mexico to administer Power Platform, Copilot Studio, and Claude governance across the enterprise. You will design guardrails, manage environments, and ensure compliant AI usage. Responsibilities include DLP policy design, agent governance, and cross‑platform inventory.

Requires 3+ years of enterprise Power Platform admin, SSO/SCIM, and REST API automation. The role offers competitive compensation, benefits, and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years administering Microsoft Power Platform in an enterprise environment.
• Hands-on experience with Copilot Studio and/or Microsoft 365 Copilot administration, including DLP/data policy configuration.
• Experience administering a SaaS AI platform (Claude, OpenAI Enterprise, or similar) — workspace/org setup, SSO/SCIM, usage and spend governance.
• Working knowledge of PowerShell and REST APIs for admin automation.
• Understanding of identity concepts across Entra and third‑party identity providers.

Responsibilities

• Administer PPAC: environments, licensing, and usage monitoring.
• Design and maintain DLP policies for Power Platform and Copilot Studio.
• Govern Agent 365 registrations and security risk triage.
• Manage M365 Copilot deployment and data protection settings.
• Govern Copilot Chat/Agent Builder and knowledge sources.
• Oversee Copilot Cowork billing and Anthropic Claude usage.
• Administer GitHub Copilot policy and seat management.
• Maintain consolidated agent/assistant inventory and risk view across ecosystems.
• Produce policy docs, runbooks, and stakeholder communications.

Education
