Job summary

FedEx Express México is seeking an Associate Account Exec to directly sell FedEx DXP in a defined territory within Cd. Juárez, Chihuahua, Mexico.

The role focuses on generating incremental revenue by following structured sales processes, performing cold calls, and identifying customer needs to unlock business opportunities. The successful candidate will close profitable deals, develop a comprehensive sales work plan, and maintain territory intelligence with timely reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred.
• One year of sales-related experience preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-motivation and the ability to plan, organize, and prioritize.
• Strong human relations and negotiation skills.
• Computer literacy and proficiency with standard business software.
• Knowledge of English; bilingual skills may be advantageous.

• To directly sell FedEx DXP in a defined territory resulting in additional net revenue to FedEx.
• Using structured sales techniques, follows up on sales leads and makes cold calls on potential customers in a defined territory.
• Makes sales contacts and researches customer needs to develop business opportunities with potential prospects.
• Closes profitable business that supports business objectives.
• Develops and implements a sales work plan and schedule that ensures minimum attainment of all required sales activities including sales calls, service calls, proposal presentation, as well as any other sales activities defined by FedEx management.
• Develop and maintain a territory intelligence system that records, stores, and reports all sales activities, account information, market place and industry information, and competitive information as well as any other information deemed necessary by FedEx management.
• Seeks support to resolve customer problem resolution activities and ensure a timedaily follow-up.
• Supports divisional tracking of performance by timely submission of all sales related reports required.
