J.P. Morgan is seeking a senior leader to drive liquidity and accounts product solutions for Latin America. You will shape end-to-end growth, strategy, and delivery for corporate clients and financial institutions, working with Sales, Product, and Corporate Bank teams to expand adoption and revenue.

You will oversee market regulations, risk controls, and cross-region initiatives, delivering differentiated liquidity solutions in a complex, global environment.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field.
• 10+ years in liquidity management and payment solutions with leadership and client-facing experience in Latin America.
• Deep regulatory literacy and understanding of third-party money, intercompany settlements, and tax implications.

Responsabilidades

• Lead regional liquidity and accounts penetration with growth objectives and cross-sell initiatives.
• Lead Latin America specialist team; establish coverage model and book of work.
• Partner with corporate bankers and Payments Sales to expand liquidity wallet share across regions.
• Shape client engagements, RFP responses, and compliant account architectures for funding and settlement flows.
• Influence product roadmap using voice of customer, data, and digital trends.
