Mondelēz International is seeking a capable manufacturing leader to ensure safety, quality, cost, delivery and morale targets across a key production line.

In what is likely your first managerial role, you will develop budgets, manage costs, and drive workforce planning, recruitment and development to sustain technical mastery on the line.

You will apply Autonomous and Planned maintenance concepts, Six Sigma, and effective line leadership to deliver high-quality snacks to customers.

Formación

• Experience managing line safety, quality, cost, delivery, and morale targets.
• Budgeting, cost control, governance and compliance responsibilities.
• Experience guiding a union environment and workforce planning.
