Mondelēz International is seeking a seasoned manufacturing leader to oversee production operations, drive safety, quality, productivity, and ESG targets, and implement our strategy across lines. You will guide teams through TPM, Lean initiatives, and start-up activities to deliver reliable, world-class performance.

The role requires strong cross-functional collaboration, strategic thinking, and hands-on execution to build a high-performing organization in a dynamic consumer goods environment.

Formación

• Experience leading manufacturing operations in a CPG environment.
• Hands-on knowledge of TPM, 5S, Lean and Six Sigma.
• Strong communication and leadership across cross-functional teams.
• Engineering background with business acumen.

Responsabilidades

• Lead start-up and coordinate across functions.
• Develop commissioning, start-up, qualification and handover plans.
• Coordinate installation, integration, testing and ramp-up of production lines.
• Manage safety, quality, and OEE during ramp-up.
• Ensure documentation, SOPs and knowledge transfer.
• Coach line leaders and drive continuous improvement.
