Placements24 is seeking a Global Virtual Sales Coordinator for a rapidly expanding e-commerce leader. This fully remote role focuses on managing and optimizing online sales across digital platforms, enhancing customer experience from browse to purchase.

You will work with marketing, product, and support teams to drive revenue in the Cuernavaca, Morelos region and beyond, using CRM tools and data analytics to boost conversions and cross-sell opportunities in a flexible, remote setting.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, E-commerce, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in e-commerce sales coordination or management.
• Experience with Salesforce or HubSpot CRM and Shopify or Magento platforms.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, SEO, SEM.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Strong remote communication and collaboration skills.
