Placements24 is seeking a highly skilled Especialista en Marketing Digital y Comercio Electrónico to join a fully remote team. You will drive online sales, enhance customer engagement, and optimize the digital presence across channels including SEO/SEM, social media, email, and content creation.

The role requires a strong analytics mindset, proactive trend-spotting, and the ability to manage multiple campaigns in a fast-paced environment from anywhere in Mexico.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in digital marketing and e-commerce with a strong portfolio.
• In-depth knowledge of SEO, SEM, social media marketing, content marketing, and email marketing.
• Proficiency with digital analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Google Ads.
• Experience with e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce) is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in Spanish; English is an advantage.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
• Self-motivated, highly organized, and able to manage multiple projects remotely.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field.
• Creative thinker with a passion for innovation in digital space.
• Experience with graphic design tools or video editing is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions.
• Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns (SEM, social) to maximize ROI.
• Oversee SEO initiatives to improve organic rankings and traffic.
• Create and curate content for social media, blogs, and email campaigns.
• Analyze website traffic and campaign performance using analytics tools.
• Identify and implement A/B testing to improve usability and conversions.
• Manage email marketing, including segmentation and automation.
• Stay current with digital marketing and e-commerce trends.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency.
• Prepare regular performance reports with insights and recommendations.
