Job summary

Citi in Mexico is seeking a Field Sales Supervisor to lead a team delivering sales and customer support aligned with the Consumer Sales group. You will drive performance and ensure consistent service for Citi clients.

Responsibilities include coaching and training, tracking activity data, acquiring new clients through outbound calls, handling client inquiries, analyzing needs, and coordinating meetings while upholding Citi's risk and compliance standards.

Qualifications

• 0-2 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in the financial sector and sales preferred.
• Working knowledge of related financial regulations and mortgage transaction structure.
• General understanding of regulatory compliance, guidelines and regulations.
• Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication.
• Effective problem-solving and negotiation skills.
• Ability to communication across various teams.

Responsibilities

• Train team members and monitor performance with feedback.
• Track data on submissions, logins, bookings, and disbursals to meet targets.
• Acquire new clients through outbound calling and micromarketing.
• Serve as first contact for client questions and concerns.
• Analyze client interests and potential needs for new products.
• Lead meetings with clients, vendors, and channels, and optimize revenue.
• Organize marketing activities to generate new leads and business.
• Conduct risk analysis to ensure Citi policies compliance.
• Escalate and report control issues while safeguarding Citi's assets.
