Job summary

Banamex is seeking an entry level Field Sales Team Lead to guide a team delivering sales support in coordination with the Consumer Sales group. The role aims to ensure seamless client service for Citi customers and help the team meet sales targets.

The position requires proactive leadership, solid communication, and experience in financial sales and customer service. Strong teamwork and compliance with regulations are essential to success.

Qualifications

• Experience in financial sales, customer service and management required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct performance evaluations, compensation, hiring, disciplinary actions, and termination of team members.
• Service existing accounts and establish new accounts at designated location or assigned geographical coverage area in order to increase revenue for the bank.
• Proactively approach Citi clients to establish real needs, understand the client and their requirements, and interest them in Citi’s products.
• Provide advice and product information to Citi clients as appropriate, outlining features and benefits.
• Identify cross-selling opportunities to sell other products.
• Achieve or exceed decided sales targets.
• Assess risk in business decisions, drive compliance with laws, policies, and safeguarding Citi and its assets, and supervise the activity of others.
