Qualifications

• 5–7 years in business development or enterprise sales in tech/digital services.
• Proven track record of revenue growth through BD strategies.
• Experience engaging C-level executives and decision-makers.
• Strong knowledge of digital transformation, cloud, AI, data analytics.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
• Experience in remote/distributed teams and collaboration tools.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field; MBA is a plus.
• Fluent in Spanish and English.
• Willingness to travel occasionally.
