Legora seeks a proactive professional blending law, product insight, and client-facing excellence. You will partner with world-class legal teams to maximize Legora’s platform value, from pilots to full-firm adoption, while shaping product direction through user insights.

You’ll translate complex AI and tech concepts for diverse stakeholders, deliver compelling demos, document best practices, and drive global growth in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Background in law with top-tier firm or in-house experience.
• Tech-curious and able to discuss AI and product concepts.
• Clear, confident communication with lawyers and engineers.
• Ability to bring structure to ambiguity in a fast-moving environment.
• Proactive, capable of juggling multiple client relationships.
• Commitment to quality without perfectionism.

Responsabilidades

• Act as a thought partner to clients, building trusted relationships and identifying high-value opportunities.
• Collaborate with Customer Success to own client relationships from pilots to full-firm adoption.
• Be the voice of the user inside Legora to inform product direction.
• Deliver clear product demos and training to show platform value.
• Document best practices and help develop scalable playbooks.
• Guide clients through ROI and AI impact across practice areas.
