FLF is seeking a Director of Legal Operations & Performance to lead the systems, processes, and people powering our litigation and case management teams. This highly strategic role drives operational excellence, efficiency, and client service through scalable, data-informed approaches.

You will design workflows, implement technology, develop performance dashboards, and provide leadership with insights for strategic decisions.

Formación

• 5-7+ years leading operations, project management, legal ops, or business process improvement.
• Experience building scalable systems and workflows in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with data analytics and executive reporting; English and Spanish proficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the operational strategy supporting litigation, case management, and legal support teams.
• Design and document SOPs and playbooks; improve performance and efficiency.
• Develop dashboards, KPIs, and executive reporting to guide decisions.
• Champion automation and technology integration to scale operations.
