Job summary

Legora redefines how legal work is done, blending legal acumen with product thinking and AI-powered workflows. The role focuses on partnering with top legal teams, driving adoption, and translating client insights into product direction.

You’ll guide pilots to enterprise-wide rollout, train users, and help Legora scale globally while maintaining excellence and speed in service delivery.

Qualifications

• Background in law with experience at a top-tier firm or in-house.
• Tech-curious and product-savvy; comfortable discussing generative AI and implementation.
• Clear, confident communication with diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to bring structure to ambiguity in a fast-moving env.
• Experience evaluating and improving processes using new technologies.
• Proactive, self-directed, able to manage multiple client relationships.
• Commitment to quality with pragmatism and iterative improvement.

Responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with clients and identify high-value opportunities to scale Legora.
• Partner with Customer Success to own client relationships from pilots to full adoption.
• Advocate for user needs inside Legora to inform product strategy.
• Deliver clear product demos and training to showcase platform capabilities.
• Document best practices and contribute to scalable playbooks.
• Help shape global expansion of this function across clients and teams.
