Amazon seeks a Learning Manager to lead a trainers team, delivering high-quality learning experiences for associates and managers. You will work with Process Engineers and operations to align programs with customer-centric goals and the company mission.

You’ll develop training plans, audit quality, recruit instructors, and drive improved outcomes across processes. You will mentor instructors, analyze metrics, and report on training plans while collaborating with stakeholders in a fast-paced

Formación

• 1+ years of program management, logistics, operations, supply chain, transportation, or related field experience.
• Experience collaborating with global and local stakeholders.
• Experience in oral and written communication in English.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.

Responsabilidades

• Develop training plans that minimize operational disruption while ensuring high-quality training delivery.
• Audit training/coaching quality and implement corrective actions when necessary.
• Plan and execute the recruitment and development of top-performing instructors.
• Ensure positive and effective collaboration between the learning team and other stakeholders.
• Manage a team of Trainers and support their professional development.
• Analyze and interpret metrics to identify areas for improvement.
• Provide training to the learning team on changes to learning materials/processes.
• Develop planning and capacity calculations for new hire training.
• Support the leadership team with reporting on AA distribution according to training plans and cross-training strategies across processes.
