Milestone Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Learning and Development Manager to design, implement, and manage enterprise learning programs aligned with organizational goals and growth.

You will partner with business leaders to identify development needs, manage content creation, and oversee platforms and vendors. The role requires strong project management, budget oversight, and English communication skills, with experience in technology-focused organizations being a plus.

Formación

• 7+ years of experience in Learning & Development or related field.
• Experience designing and implementing enterprise learning programs.
• Strong project management and budget management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Experience with learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning platforms; Udemy experience a plus.
• Experience partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to drive organizational learning initiatives.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare, implement, and continuously enhance learning programs and career development paths.
• Conduct organizational and individual learning needs assessments using multiple tools.
• Partner with department leaders to identify, prioritize, and implement ongoing training and development needs.
• Deploy and manage company-wide learning and development initiatives.
• Serve as project manager for learning and training development projects.
• Manage and optimize e-learning platforms and learning technologies.
• Evaluate, recommend, and coordinate learning vendors, programs, and tools.
