Jabil, a global manufacturing and engineering leader, seeks a Lean Transformation specialist to lead value-stream optimization, coach teams, and drive continuous improvement across production lines. You will align Lean strategies with business goals, develop Kaizen events, and mentor site leaders to sustain breakthroughs.

The role requires practical experience in Lean Six Sigma, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a matrixed environment.

Formación

• Knowledge of lean manufacturing fundamentals and tools.
• Proven leadership and communication skills.
• Experience driving cost savings through Lean Six Sigma.
• Ability to write routine reports and present to groups.
• Strong change management and facilitation experience.

Responsabilidades

• Align value streams with Lean vision and strategy.
• Develop and coach Lean culture and Kaizen events.
• Measure value stream transformation using standard metrics.
• Ensure sustainability of Lean programs across sites.
