Jabil is seeking a Lean Six Sigma SME II to drive continuous improvement across the site and regional operations. You will mentor managers and engineers, lead lean transformation efforts, and align initiatives with global and regional directions.

Formación

• Experience driving Lean Six Sigma processes in large manufacturing environments.
• Proven ability to mentor engineers and manage cross-functional teams.
• Strong leadership, communication and change-management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead as SME in global & regional lean six sigma systems and practices.
• Coach and train engineers within lean six sigma teams.
• Standardize Jabil processes across the site per global directions.
• Develop best practices with data to optimize regional and global teams.
• Set metrics to gauge lean six sigma maturity and progress.
• Lead lean transformation initiatives and enable implementation.
