Jabil in Mexico is seeking a Lean Six Sigma Coach/Leader to drive focused value stream transformation across multiple work cells. You will coach and develop teams, build communication between Plant LSS Manager and Lean Coach, and embed lean practices to strengthen capabilities.

The role emphasizes enabling cross-functional collaboration, guiding Kaizen events, mentoring site leaders, and aligning Lean projects with financial impact.

Formación

• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Track record showing continual improvement of personal skills.
• Ability to write routine reports and correspondence and to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization
• Understand and practice the Lean principles, methodologies and tools
• Advanced PC skills, including training and knowledge of Jabil’s software packages
• Be expert in lean tools and processes to coordinate and share knowledge on a regional and global scale

Responsabilidades

• Align value streams with Lean vision and strategy.
• Sustain a Lean culture with Plant Lean Six Sigma Managers.
• Coach on training, project identification and prioritization.
• Monitor value stream transformation using Lean principles and tools.
• Mentor Lean Coaches and process owners for optimization.
• Lead Kaizen events and Lean certification projects.
• Collaborate with Finance to map Lean impacts into financials.
• Ensure safety and adherence to policies.
