Formación

• Bronze and Silver certified by Jabil or recognized organization.
• Experience in change management and project management.
• Experience in financial project cost savings analysis.
• Advanced Lean knowledge with ability to train others.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Able to read and interpret safety and operating documents.

Responsabilidades

• Lead as Site SME in all global & regional lean six sigma systems.
• Coach and mentor engineers on lean principles and practices.
• Drive value stream transformation and cross-functional collaboration.
• Standardize processes across site per global directions.
• Develop Kaizen events and sustain lean culture across operations.
• Collaborate with Lean Six Sigma managers to align strategy.
