Jabil in Ciudad Juárez, Mexico seeks a Lean Transformation Specialist to guide value stream improvements, coach Kaizen events, and engender a culture of continuous improvement. You will work with the Lean Manager to implement Lean principles, develop talent, and align projects with financial workflows.

The role emphasizes leadership, coaching, and ongoing development of lean capabilities across the site, driving aggressive throughput reductions and safety compliance.

Formación

• Leadership and communication skills to drive Lean initiatives.
• Understanding of Lean Manufacturing fundamentals and tools.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, and procedures.
• Proficiency with lean tools and processes for regional/global knowledge sharing.

Responsabilidades

• Lead Lean transformation projects across a value stream to reduce throughput times.
• Coach and facilitate Kaizen Events and Lean certifications (Bronze/Silver).
• Collaborate with Lean Manager to sustain Lean culture and align with strategic goals.
• Monitor metrics and data integrity in eKaizen; drive continuous improvement.
• Develop lean leaders and mentor teams to sustain improvements.
