Nutanix is seeking a Lean Manufacturing Lead at the plant level to coordinate and advance continuous improvement initiatives. You will drive Lean deployment, lead Kaizen events, 5S culture, and value stream mapping while coordinating Pro-Launch activities and Manufacturing 4.0 digitalization.

Strong bilingual Spanish/English communication is essential. The role requires 5–8 years in CI within manufacturing, plus a Bachelor’s in Mechanical/Industrial Engineering, and hands-on experience with

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing or Industrial Engineering.
• 5–8 years of CI and manufacturing improvement experience.
• Strong knowledge of Lean tools: 5S, VSM, Kaizen, problem solving.
• Experience leading Kaizen projects and cost-out initiatives.
• Minitab and Pro-Launch knowledge; bilingual Spanish/English.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate and manage Lean Manufacturing activities at plant level.
• Lead cross-functional teams in lean and process improvement initiatives.
• Drive Pro-Launch activities and Manufacturing 4.0 digitization at the plant level.
• Train, coach or mentor others in Lean Manufacturing concepts.
• Facilitate 5S culture and standardized work across key cells.
