Eaton Reynosa Plant is seeking a Lean Manufacturing Leader to coordinate and drive continuous improvement initiatives on the shop floor. You will lead Pro-Launch activities, implement the Eaton Lean System, and mentor teams in lean tools to reduce waste and boost productivity.

The role requires 5–8 years in CI within manufacturing, with hands-on knowledge of 5S, VSM, Kaizen, and data analysis. A Mechanical/Industrial Engineering degree and bilingual English/Spanish are required; ERP/finance

Formación

• Bachelor level engineering degree in mechanical, manufacturing or industrial discipline.
• 5–8 years in continuous improvement within manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of Lean tools: 5S, VSM, Kaizen, problem solving.
• Experience leading Kaizen projects and cost-out initiatives.
• Bilingual Spanish/English; familiarity with CI frameworks and EDS/OPA is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate and manage Lean Manufacturing activities at plant level.
• Lead and support significant manufacturing engineering CI activities.
• Lead Pro-Launch and digitalization strategy for Manufacturing 4.0.
• Train, coach or mentor teams in Lean and process improvement.
• Develop cell designs for one-piece flow and apply standardized work.
