Hubbell Incorporated in Mexico seeks a Continuous Improvement Coordinator to lead lean manufacturing initiatives and Kaizen events across operations. You will mentor teams, deploy 5S and value stream mapping, and drive cost productivity while supporting safety, quality, and delivery goals.

Formación

• Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma certification required.
• Development and execution of organization-wide work plans.
• Minimum 7 years in Lean and continuous improvement roles.
• Strong communication and facilitation across levels.
• Experience in metal-mechanical manufacturing processes is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Lead Lean and Six Sigma initiatives, Kaizen events, and improvement projects.
• Coach process owners in Lean tools and metrics to drive excellence.
• Create and lead continuous improvement committees and training.
• Perform assessments, gap analyses, and deploy 5S culture.
• Support cost productivity through process and equipment improvements.
• Collaborate with Engineering to optimize layout, tooling, and machines.
