Shure Latinoamérica seeks a Senior Lean Manufacturing Engineer to spearhead Lean and continuous improvement initiatives across the plant, partnering with cross-functional teams to boost productivity, quality, delivery and cost while fostering a culture of operational excellence.

The role focuses on coaching, training, and deploying Lean tools, building capability, and engaging shop floor employees to sustain daily disciplined execution and measurable business results.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
• Demonstrated hands-on Lean principles and structured problem solving to improve performance.
• Proven experience leading cross-functional improvement projects with measurable results.

Responsabilidades

• Identify continuous improvement opportunities to boost KPIs such as productivity, quality, and delivery.
• Lead Lean projects, kaizen events, and cross-functional initiatives aligned with goals.
• Develop Lean capability by coaching, training, and supporting leaders in applying Lean Tools.
• Promote a culture of daily disciplined execution and active shop floor engagement.
