Kohler Reynosa seeks a results-driven Lean/CI professional to lead improvement programs, Kaizen events, and cost-saving initiatives across production and administrative areas. You will guide teams using lean tools, develop root cause analyses, and ensure sustained 5S, standard work, and visual controls.

Ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s in industrial engineering with 3+ years in manufacturing, strong English, and proficiency in Microsoft Office to document benefits, track metrics, and share

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with OPEX (Operational Excellence), and leading continuous improvement projects (Lean, TPM, Six Sigma).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Responsabilidades

• Lead Kaizen events in administrative and production areas.
• Lead improvement and cost-saving projects.
• Lead Value Stream Maps (VSM) activities and track action plan.
• Develop Root cause Analysis to solve problems.
• Educate employees on Kohler Systems, tools and techniques.
• Coordinate and synchronize site level Kohler goals and initiatives.
• Oversee 5S, Visual Controls, Standard Work and Kaizen systems.
