Nutanix is seeking a driven Project Manager for manufacturing-focused capital projects. You will lead cross-functional teams spanning Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Quality and Finance to advance capacity expansion, automation and cost optimization.

You will drive NPI and manufacturing transfers, manage CAPEX, and champion Lean methodologies to improve safety, quality, delivery and productivity.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in an engineering field related to manufacturing.
• PMP and/or Lean Six Sigma certifications preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and develop Project Management Methodology, best practices and standards.
• Coordinate communication across projects.
• Create long- and short-term plans with milestones and deadlines.
• Perform quality control over project deliverables to maintain standards.
• Develop detailed project plans and track milestone progress.
• Manage risk and issues and implement corrective actions to meet budget, schedule and scope.
