- Engineering degree or equivalent required.
- Five to seven years of experience desired.
- HVAC industry experience preferred.
- Advanced English.
- Six Sigma Green or Black Belt is a plus.
- Knowledge of OEE.
- Excel and PowerPoint proficiency.
- Familiarity with AutoCAD.
Responsabilidades
- Support improvement activities from the rewards program.
- Assist savings projects from KAIZEN events.
- Train and coordinate Value Stream Map activities.
- Realize, deploy and monitor Lean Assessment results.
- Coordinate 5S audits and recognition programs.
- Generate savings projects.
- Follow up on standardization of best practices.
