Stripe’s Mexico City office leads verification and risk operations to onboard users securely while enabling business growth.

As a people manager, you will hire, coach, and develop a team of Verification Risk Operations Associates, guiding escalations and coordinating with Product and Engineering.

You will own a roadmap for verification improvements, use data to drive decisions, and foster Stripe's customer- and policy-led culture.

Formación

• At least 5+ years of direct people management experience, either in a risk or operations function.
• Ability to partner effectively with internal globally distributed stakeholders.
• Operational background including new process launches / improvements and service delivery.
• Problem-solving.

Responsabilidades

• Recruit, manage, coach, and develop a team of Verification Risk Operations Associates.
• Guide the team to handle verifications-related user-facing escalations and support internal teams with complex inquiries.
• Drive operational delivery and process improvements to balance risk and customer experience.
• Build a great culture and ensure team members are happy, effective, and growing.
• Set clear goals and provide regular feedback on team members’ performance.
• Be data-driven in analysis and decision making.
• Promote Stripe’s values and user-centric culture across the team.
