TTI, Inc. in Torreón, Mexico, is seeking a Lead Demand Planning professional to drive production planning accuracy and on-time delivery. You will lead a high-performing Planning team and align schedules with customer demand and business priorities.

You will collaborate with Materials, Warehouse, Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality, and other functions to resolve daily execution challenges, balance capacity and inventory, and deliver reliable supply for our customers.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in Production Planning, Supply Chain Planning, or Operations Planning
• 3+ years of leadership experience managing planning teams
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Business Administration or related field

Responsabilidades

• Lead and coach the Production Planning team to foster accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement
• Develop and execute production schedules that align with business priorities and customer demand
• Partner closely with Materials, Warehouse, Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality, OPM, and OPD teams to resolve daily execution challenges and maintain operational flow
• Facilitate daily production planning reviews to proactively identify risks, mitigate disruptions, and implement recovery plans
• Drive planning excellence by balancing production attainment, inventory levels, capacity, and customer commitments
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to support business growth and operational objectives

Educación

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Business Administration
