TE Connectivity in Mexico is seeking a dynamic Channel Demand Planning Supervisor to lead the Americas planning evolution, owning the AMER channel demand signal and driving forecast accuracy. You will mentor a team, apply SAP IBP and Power BI to translate market insights into forecasts and executable plans, and align with Sales Operations and Supply Chain across units.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Demand Planning, S&OP, Materials Planning, or Supply Planning.
• Proven people leadership and talent development experience.
• Hands-on expertise with SAP IBP (Demand Planning required; Supply Planning preferred), Power BI, and advanced Excel.
• Fluent English and Spanish.
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Business, or related field.

Responsabilidades

• Analyzing and approving purchase orders, coordinating logistics and warehouse operations, and ensuring material supply meets production requirements with minimum stock levels while optimizing costs.
• Providing direction according to established policies and management guidance, administering company policies directly affecting operations, and recommending policy changes.
• Executing inventory plans to meet business objectives and monitoring continuous improvement programs and initiatives.
• Ensuring data accuracy in Material Requirement Planning (MRP) systems, developing and implementing system enhancement plans and initiatives.
