Milwaukee Tool seeks a Lead Demand Planning to drive production planning, optimize resources, and ensure on-time delivery across complex schedules. You will lead a cross-functional team and collaborate with Materials, Warehouse, Manufacturing, Engineering, and Quality to balance demand with capacity in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

The role emphasizes leadership, data-driven decisions, and proactive risk management to sustain high performance and customer satisfaction.

Formación

• 5+ years in Production Planning, Supply Chain Planning, or Operations Planning.
• 3+ years leading planning teams.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and coach the Production Planning team.
• Develop and execute production schedules.
• Partner with Materials, Warehouse, Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality, and related teams.
• Facilitate daily production planning reviews and mitigate disruptions.
• Balance production attainment, inventory, capacity, and customer commitments.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to support business growth.
