• 5–7 years of experience in planning/purchasing and forecasting.
• Experience in personnel management and supplier management.
• Advanced English and effective communication skills.
• Familiarity with SAP and MS Office; teamwork and leadership.
• APICS certification is desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Guarantee the application of planning and control policies of the supply chain focusing on efficiency and service level.
• Coordinate and verify compliance of planning and purchasing areas.
• Lead the area and drive development of new innovation processes.
• Participate in internal and external audits.
• Establish controls to improve inventory reliability.
• Recruit and train department personnel.
• Ensure performance evaluations and development plans.
