Techtronic Industries Co Mexico S De RL De CV seeks a Lead Demand Planning professional to drive production planning and operational excellence. You will lead a cross-functional team to develop executable schedules, optimize resources, and ensure on-time delivery for customers in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, 5+ years in planning and 3+ years in leadership, and strong communication to coordinate with diverse teams.

Formación

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Minimum 5 years in Production Planning, Supply Chain Planning, or Operations Planning.
• At least 3 years in leadership managing planning teams.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and coach the Production Planning team to drive accountability and continuous improvement.
• Develop and execute production schedules aligned with priorities and demand.
• Partner with Materials, Warehouse, Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality, OPM and OPD to resolve daily challenges.
• Facilitate daily production planning reviews to mitigate disruptions and recover when needed.
• Balance production attainment, inventory, capacity, and customer commitments.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to support business growth and operational objectives.
