Techtronic Industries Co Mexico S De RL De CV is seeking a Demand Planning Analyst to receive customer demand and develop production plans and schedules based on capacity to meet customer requirements on time.

The role includes creating weekly production plans, monitoring plan attainment, coordinating scheduling with manufacturing, managing WIP visibility, tracking purchase orders, and supporting mass production launches in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.
• Conversational English.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Experience with Master Production Scheduling (MPS).
• Knowledge of production planning and scheduling.
• Understanding of WIP inventory management.
• Experience following customer purchase orders and delivery requirements.
• Experience supporting production launches and mass production environments.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and distribute weekly production plans and master schedules.
• Monitor daily production plan attainment and provide status reports.
• Coordinate production scheduling based on customer demand and manufacturing capacity.
• Manage WIP inventory visibility and support inventory planning activities.
• Track customer purchase orders and delivery commitments.
• Escalate risks that may impact production plan compliance.
• Support mass production launches and production ramp-ups.
