Phillips Medisize, a Molex company, seeks a Maintenance Supervisor in Querétaro to lead preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance across manufacturing equipment, facilities, and cleanroom operations.

You will coordinate a maintenance technician team, work with external suppliers, and drive TPM, 5S, and continuous improvement while ensuring safety, quality, and regulatory compliance in a highly automated environment.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, Industrial, Biomedical Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 5+ years of maintenance experience in medical device, pharmaceutical, food, or automotive manufacturing environments, with cleanrooms or controlled environments.
• Hands-on experience with preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance.
• Knowledge of automated manufacturing equipment and supporting systems.
• Technical knowledge of electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, HVAC, extraction, and other industrial systems.
• Experience coordinating maintenance teams and activities.
• Experience supervising external suppliers or contractors.
• Knowledge of maintenance performance indicators and root cause analysis methodologies.
• Conversational English proficiency for technical topics.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and coordinate the maintenance technician team in preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities.
• Ensure availability and proper operation of manufacturing equipment, facilities, and infrastructure.
• Develop, coordinate, and follow up on preventive maintenance routines and programs.
• Monitor maintenance performance via downtime, MTBF, MTTR, and PM compliance.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement improvement actions to address recurring equipment failures.
• Support infrastructure improvement projects, equipment installations, machinery transfers, and new equipment implementation.
• Coordinate and supervise external suppliers and contractors during maintenance and infrastructure services.
• Manage the spare parts warehouse, tools, inventory levels, and maintenance-related materials.
• Support TPM, predictive maintenance, 5S, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure maintenance activities comply with safety, environmental, quality, and cleanroom requirements.
• Support maintenance and troubleshooting of automated manufacturing equipment and related systems.
