Job summary

Phillips Medisize is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to ensure reliability and proper operation of manufacturing equipment, facilities, and supporting systems in a regulated environment.

You will lead a maintenance team, coordinate preventive, predictive, and corrective activities, and monitor KPIs like downtime, MTBF, and MTTR, while partnering with cross-functional teams to support production needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, Industrial, Biomedical Engineering or related technical field.
• 5+ years of maintenance experience in medical device, pharmaceutical, food, or automotive manufacturing environments, with cleanrooms experience.
• Hands-on knowledge of preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance.
• Knowledge of automated manufacturing equipment and supporting systems.
• Technical knowledge of electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, HVAC, extraction and other industrial systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the maintenance technician team in preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities.
• Ensure the availability and proper operation of manufacturing equipment, peripheral equipment, facilities, and infrastructure.
• Develop, coordinate, and follow up on preventive maintenance routines and programs.
• Monitor maintenance performance via downtime, MTBF, MTTR, and preventive maintenance compliance.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement improvement actions to address recurring equipment failures.
• Support infrastructure projects, equipment installations, machinery transfers, and new equipment implementation.
• Coordinate and supervise external suppliers and contractors during maintenance and infrastructure services.
• Manage the spare parts warehouse, tools, inventory levels, and maintenance-related materials.
• Support TPM, predictive maintenance, 5S, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure maintenance activities comply with safety, environmental, quality and cleanroom requirements.
• Support troubleshooting of automated manufacturing equipment and related systems.
