Phillips-Medisize, a Molex company, seeks an experienced EHS Manager to lead our site Environmental, Health & Safety strategy. You will partner with Operations, HR, Security, and government agencies to create a safe, compliant workplace and drive proactive risk management.

You will develop and implement EHS programs, lead audits, investigations, and training, and mentor the EHS team to strengthen safety ownership across the facility.

Formación

• Experience leading Environmental, Health & Safety programs in manufacturing.
• Knowledge of environmental, health, safety regulations, compliance, and risk management.
• Experience conducting incident investigations, audits, inspections, and corrective actions.
• Ability to influence and build credibility with employees and leaders.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and continually improve EHS programs while ensuring regulatory compliance and company standards.
• Promote a strong safety mindset through collaboration, coaching, and employee engagement.
• Manage EHS incident reporting, investigations, corrective actions, and return-to-work efforts.
• Lead ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 management systems, including audits and documentation.
• Partner with operations, HR, security, medical services, and leadership to identify risks and implement solutions.
• Ensure environmental compliance through permits, inspections, waste management, and reporting.
• Develop and deliver EHS training programs to build capability and ownership.
• Drive employee involvement in safety initiatives and improvement opportunities.
• Build trust-based relationships and foster active participation in safety.
• Lead, develop, and support the EHS team, applying Principle Based Management™.
