Job summary

Carrier is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor in Mexico to lead production equipment maintenance, coordinate technicians, and drive reliability, safety, and continuous improvement across manufacturing operations. Responsibilities include optimizing manpower and resources, performing root cause analysis, managing work orders, and ensuring compliance with PPE and LOTO procedures.

English communication is required for cross-site collaboration.

Qualifications

Bachelor degree in a technical field and supervising experience in manufacturing.
2. Proven ability to manage maintenance teams and coordinate multiple tasks.
3. Intermediate to advanced English communication.

Responsibilities

Lead maintenance activities to optimize equipment reliability and uptime.

8. Implement preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance actions to minimize downtime.
9. Manage maintenance technicians and resources for planned and emergency work orders.
10. Monitor KPIs related to safety, quality, delivery, cost, and equipment performance.
11. Conduct root cause analysis and drive sustainable corrective actions.
12. Ensure safety requirements (PPE, LOTO) are followed and environmental findings closed.
13. Drive continuous improvement through Kaizen events and CI initiatives.
14. Oversee maintenance contracts for cranes, hoists, and robotic systems.
