Sonova in Mexicali, Mexico seeks a results‑driven Production Supervisor to oversee assemblers and test technicians, drive master production schedules, and implement changes on the floor.

You will lead daily and weekly planning, coordinate with Engineering, Planning, QA and R&D, and promote Lean practices, safety, and quality across shifts.

The ideal candidate holds an engineering degree and 3–5 years of supervisory experience in manufacturing, preferably medical devices or electronics.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering required.
• 3–5 years of experience supervising manufacturing assembly lines, preferably in medical devices or electronics.
• Experience with production capacity analysis and reporting for scheduling decisions.
• Knowledge of BOM, KANBAN, and POU concepts.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee production schedules and align with Master Production Schedule (MPS).
• Lead production meetings and coordinate with Engineering, Planning, QA, and R&D.
• Develop capacity plans based on demand, resources, equipment, and personnel.
• Promote training and continuous improvement on the production floor.
• Implement and communicate changes to manufacturing processes and documents.
• Maintain strong cross-functional collaboration and on-time delivery.
